Returns and exchanges

Contact info@toetique.shop or call +20 111 959 8998 with your order number before sending anything back. We will coordinate courier collection.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason or paying return expenses. Items must remain in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused. Where an applicable hygiene exception under Egyptian law applies, removed original hygiene wrapping may make a change-of-mind return ineligible. This does not restrict rights for defective items.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Contact us promptly with your order number and, where available, clear photos. Defective or nonconforming items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, at no additional cost. We will complete the eligible refund or replacement within one week of your request. Refunds use the original payment method.

Collection and refunds

We inspect returned items to assess eligibility. We cover courier collection for eligible statutory returns. Store credit is offered only with your express agreement.

Cancellation

Request cancellation before courier pickup. After pickup, the delivery and return rules apply. Nothing in this policy limits applicable mandatory consumer rights.
